Chief Judge and Judge, Hoboken Municipal Court
The City of Hoboken is soliciting applications for the positions of Chief Judge of the Hoboken Municipal Court and Judge of the Hoboken Municipal Court.
Hoboken Municipal Court convenes four half-day sessions weekly. Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning and Thursday morning.
Job responsibilities of the Judge include presiding over regularly scheduled court sessions, special trial sessions, DUI trial sessions, motion sessions and any other such matters that may require adjudication outside of regularly scheduled court sessions; attendance at all mandatory training sessions and meetings and full compliance with all other requirements mandated by the Administrative Office of the Courts and the County Assignment Judge.
Both positions are salaried part-time positions with no health benefits, longevity or similar benefits. Interested individuals should direct their applications to dbryan@hobokennj.org.
