Director of Public Works (Environmental Services) City of Hoboken Description: Responsibilities include facilities management, garbage collection and recycling, motor pool, and parks maintenance. Duties also include evaluating staffing and organization and as required recommending changes and updating the Department’s organizational chart and job descriptions. Additional duties include but are not limited to overseeing annual budget preparation and monitoring all operations’ activities. Excellent communication and personnel skills required. Prefer a CPWM with at least four (4) years experience in the development, administration and supervision of Public Works programs, with a minimum of two (2) years of management responsibility. Attendance at evening meetings will be required when necessary. Salary is dependent upon qualifications.
